Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; to that extent, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification

Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the federal laws of the United States. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, for all disputes that are not subject to arbitration or cannot be brought in small claims court, and you waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.
Export Controls and Sanctions
You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or person subject to U.S. embargoes, sanctions, or export restrictions. You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and international export control and sanctions laws.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
Entire Agreement
